Business Spotlight: Ed Benoit

The city of Atlanta is home to many established business owners, but very few have risen to the occasion as Mr. Ed Benoit of Nations Mortgage Lenders. His leadership in our communities has exemplified the importance of having strong leaders in the financial industries who have a personal desire to help our families and business owners succeed in their goal of home and business ownership.

Mr. Benoit was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti and received his education from Saint Francis College in Brooklyn, NY where he obtained his Bachelor in Business Management and a minor in Computer Science. Ed moved to Atlanta, GA in 1997 where he still lives today with his wife and 3 children.

Ed Benoit has served for over 10 years in the mortgage industry and is a highly experienced lender who prides himself in seeing families succeed in their dream to own a home. As a loan Officer, Ed understands the important needs of his customers. Ed enjoys educating each client about the mortgage process and helps them improve their credit rating. His expertise encompasses the entire home buying process with a deep understanding of financing and underwriting. His commitment to his clients needs are evidenced by his personal service, strong work ethic, and dedication to ensuring that each loan program is right for each borrower. Ed is also very active in the community, and is a proud member of the Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce, which help to promote successful entrepreneurship for business owners in Georgia.
